To get to Perhentian Island, you must take a speedboat from Kuala Besut Jetty in Terengganu, which is the only main departure point. The boat ride takes about 30 to 45 minutes and drops you off directly at the beaches or resorts on Perhentian Besar or Perhentian Kecil.
